How it works
Choose the included services — cleanings, exams, x-rays, fluoride — set the monthly fee, and publish. Most practices run two tiers.
Name, payment method, two acknowledgements — under two minutes at the front desk. Patients can also request to join from your public page.
Charges go out monthly on each member's anniversary. Failed payments are retried on a fixed schedule with notices to the patient and your office.
A direct agreement, not a third-party plan
Members pay their monthly fee to your practice. There is no plan administrator between you and the patient, no external fee schedule, and no one else deciding what your care is worth. You set the pricing, the included services, and the terms.

Recurra is designed for PIPEDA and provincial health-information rules from the schema up — by storing as little as possible.
- No clinical data, ever
- No chart notes, diagnoses, treatment plans, or images. Recurra stores what billing requires and nothing else — a first name and last initial, contact details, and payment references.
- No raw payment numbers
- Card and bank details are held by the payment processor and referenced by token. They never touch Recurra's database.
- Every access is logged
- Reads and writes of member data leave an audit record — who, what, when, and from where. Consent is captured at enrollment, and the required CDCP disclosure is built into the flow.
